MedAssist Learning Center offers educational support, tutoring, and professional development resources designed to enhance learning in the field of medical assisting.

All programs are for educational and skill-building purposes only and do not grant professional licensure or certification unless explicitly stated.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in any course or tutoring session requires full payment or an approved payment plan before the start of the service.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
Tutoring sessions should be purchased individually and/or based on selected area of study.
Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable once services have begun.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, students will be notified and offered an alternative session or credit.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session for eligibility for rescheduling.
No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the session without a refund.
Refunds (if applicable) are issued only at the discretion of MedAssist Learning Center for special circumstances.
Tutor agrees to give reasonable notice if rescheduling is required.

5. Student Conduct

All participants must maintain professionalism and respect toward instructors, staff, and other students.

We reserve the right to remove any student from a program without refund for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, lesson plans, videos, and resources provided by MedAssist Learning Center are the intellectual property of the company.

You may not copy, share, record, or distribute any materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MedAssist Learning Center is not responsible for any personal outcomes, exam results, or employment results related to the Services.

Our Services are intended to supplement learning, not replace accredited training or certification programs.

9. Changes to Terms
